The Art of Persuasion
The challenge that The Arts House presented was creating a brand story from nothing. As a building with very little heritage and in an area not known for high-end residential living, the developer wanted to push for higher property values. To achieve this target, therefore, we had to create an emotional connection with the development ourselves.
Within walking distance were several galleries and auction houses, and most notably the Royal College of Art, who we approached to collaborate with us in imagining the Arts House. With beautiful illustrations, classy photography, distinct property branding and two winning pieces of work from the College’s star students, we had a masterpiece in the making.
We are looking forward to seeing the developer’s plans being decorated with a plethora of little red reservation dots.
