Our task was to brand a former film set was a dream come true. But with a location in a low-profile area, we still needed to ensure the property’s appeal overcame this potential hurdle.
Striking the right balance between the building’s celluloid heritage and the apartments’ modern design was critical.
The branding needed to stand out, while also ‘framing’ the product. Drawing on the stellar brand name, some interesting film history and cutting-edge tools like virtual reality, The Set will be a box office hit.
The development has launched, with a red-carpet reception; we hope the lights, camera, action continues.
