The challenge

This ultra-modern development is surrounded by classic Victorian architecture, in stark contrast to what people expect from the area. Another challenge was the development being split into houses and apartments, with the apartments to be sold off-plan and the houses post-completion.

The solution

When a development wants to bring its dynamic aesthetic to the fore, you need to ensure the website is fully in sync with this design-led ethos.

The very modern brand identity informed all the marketing material and helped enhance the development’s key assets: light and space. It also worked seamlessly across both the apartments and houses.

The result

All apartments were sold off-plan within a month of launching. The houses are available as of writing with three remaining.
