Queen Street

Luxury branding backed with the Georgian
engineering of Edinburgh’s New Town

Back to all work

The challenge

Selling off-plan in Edinburgh is not the norm, so we had to ensure the branding and marketing lived up to the anticipated product. We also needed to appeal equally to local and overseas purchasers.

The solution

We applied Georgian architecture principals to the branding and married these with modern accents. We then created additional, relevant, rich content to appeal to those less familiar with Edinburgh’s New Town.

With no advertising budget, we knew we needed a high impact hoarding to drive awareness and interest. With 300 enquiries in the first week, it more than delivered.

The result

With the development being sold within six weeks of launch, the client was delighted with our approach. We’re now firmly ensconced in the Edinburgh property market.
