Randolph Crescent

Space with a view

Back to all work

The challenge

Square and Crescent didn’t hesitate when the old French Embassy came up for development in Edinburgh’s West End. Not only did the apartments offer a great address, they also benefitted from one of the best views from the rear, albeit hidden to everyone.

The solution

We developed the brand idea around ‘space with a view’. With there being amazing views and every room feeling spacious it felt a natural place for the marketing to emanate from. The branding embraced the symmetry of the Georgian crescent and bought the three townhouses together as one, as well as giving the brand the appropriate tone. The marketing materials took this a stage further, mostly centred around the drone content and photography from the rear of the apartments.

The result

Launching post lockdown was always going to prove challenging but with 50% being sold within a few months, the view looks splendid for Randolph.
