The challenge

We were invited to give this first-to-market brand (formerly National Property Trade) the re-birth it deserved to elevate itself above the sea of mediocrity that had emerged since it originally launched. We had to create a brand as appealing to the business-to-business market (care homes and large private sale schemes) as well as the consumer market, targeted at those looking to sell quickly. It was vital that customers viewed it not as a ‘poor second best’, but as the smart way to sell.

The solution

We knew that a total re-brand was required here – no ‘refresh’ would be enough to take National Property Trade where it needed to go.

The process started with defining the vision and mission, where we focussed on the new brand providing freedom for people. We settled on the name of ‘Spring’ and set about creating a much fresher and more contemporary brand.

We then rolled the brand out across several channels, including a brand new website with a considerable amount of fresh content.

The result

Launched in October 2020, Spring has certainly helped the business come into bloom, as our client Samaar Shaheryar agrees.
