A secret garden by the Strand
Our client wanted to match the lucrative property values found in Covent Garden with a property which was just outside the area. This meant we had to ensure the marketing ‘borrowed’ the cachet of nearby Covent Garden in an aspirational, but credible, fashion.
We positioned The York as having all the benefits of Covent Garden, but without the inevitable hustle and bustle that comes with it. This was bought to life in the property marketing materials, with messaging referring to ‘hidden secrets’ throughout our bespoke guides for food, drink and culture. We then set up partnerships with relevant local businesses to provide added value.
This development thrived, and all apartments sold within six months of completion. This was the developer’s first experience of using a property marketing agency and we are now proud to be working with them on an ongoing basis.
