The home of zero benefits
Our task to create the brand and marketing for one of London’s first carbon neutral developments was very exciting. However, it was vital that we achieved the correct balance between the carbon neutral element and the living and lifestyle elements of the development.
We wanted the brand to be very clear and distinct and also have the flexibility to work across other sites. We created ‘The Zero’ which had a clear association with zero carbon and ensured it had a confident and dynamic tone.
We developed the idea of ‘the home of zero benefits. This idea allowed us to highlight each of the many carbon-neutral product features, but also extol the ‘benefits’ of the apartments and local area as a wonderful place to live.
With the launch happening at time of writing, interest has been very high and we’re confident there will be zero apartments left very soon.
